“Yoga Kaleidoscope”
My journey to the heart of the Self began in 2010 at the Center Sivananda in Paris. The discovery of traditional Hatha Yoga was a revelation, a gateway to the vast path of Yoga.
This experience of discovery awakened in me an ardent desire to devote myself fully to yogic studies and to humbly share in my turn Yoga and its many facets with souls who seek peace and harmony.
After a few good years of regular practice, I trained by exploring the different forms of yoga: Hatha, Raja, Dharma Vinyasa and Bhakti, Yin, Kids and Family Yoga.
This evolutionary path has organically brought me to teaching in its various forms: workshops, internships, training, retreat, group and personalized courses.
My classes aim for a state of fullness through the breath, the posture leading the practitioner to his center where peace resides.
Yoga is for me a valuable tool for cultivating radiant health, inner peace and overall balance. It is the blossoming of being in its innate and initial beauty.
