We would describe Michelle as an adventurer and keen sportswoman having lived overseas for more than 2O years!
Her adventures started in France, then Québec, South Korea, the Middle East, South America, India and Sri Lanka, the list is long for this young woman. Originally British, it is in France where she decided to plant her roots, falling in love with the magnificent Nissa la Bella.
Michelle is naturally gentle and has a gigantic heart, she will guide you with tenderness along with determination thanks to her sporting background. She has been a friend of Art Yoga Studio for the past 7 years. Her attachment to the shala along with her sweet and healing energy made it only obvious that she join the Magic team.
She discovered yoga in Dubai as a triathlete and immediately noticed huge benefits in her physical performance and mental strength generated through a regular yoga practice. Yoga has become a tool for life.
She has a university degree in Physical Education and Foreign Languages, and is a 500 RYT certified yoga teacher with Beloved yoga school, USA specialising in Yoga Therapy. Her teachers namely Maryam Ovissi, Doug Keller, Tiffany Cruikshank, Emily Steiner and our legendary Celine Geers have all been a model and source of inspiration for her classes.
Her wish is to now share this knowledge and the wisdom of yoga with her community at Art Yoga Shala. Her approach is accessible to all levels. Gentle, Motivating and Fun, her zest for life is contagious!
